We are from a little town called Brackley, in South Northamptonshire, around 6 miles from the famous Silverstone race circuit

We wouldnt advise booking last minute as prior booking and communication helps us to provide a better service.

We would prefer to take bookings a year to 18 months in advance for large scale events, however if you would like to book with shorter notice, we happy to discuss this.

We offer our bespoke service to dietairy needs if needed.

We will have alternatives to the main dishes we do, but if you would like to customise them with us, we can also discuss this further.

We will say however - if there is a nut allergy in your party, then all menus must be strictly nut free.

We dont.

However if its available and usable we would be happy to oblige. We are a self contained kitchen, able to function just aswell off grid as we are on the grid.

We would take a 20% deposit on booking confirmation, and the rest of the balance would be due 6 weeks before the event.

We would need a minimum of 15 guests to confirm the booking.

However this is event specific - as some foods are easier to prep - cook - serve than others.

We would need numbers by the time the final payment is due- unfortunately we cannot offer any money back if some of your guests cancel after this point

No problem at all, as long as any changes aren't hours before the event, we can cater to anyone.
